Super-Duper Breakfast Smoothie

Morning times are always a bit crazy for me, I invariably have so many things to do and tend to be rushing out the door most days! I need a breakfast that is extremely quick to make and one that I can take with me in the car.

That’s why I love my morning super-duper breakfast smoothie (I’m so addicted to it that I also have it at other times too!)

It’s full of lots of nutrients including protein, antioxidants, magnesium, iron, zinc and B vitamins – plus it keeps me full until lunchtime!

So if you’re anything like me, you’ll love this recipe too!


  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of rice/almond/ oat milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp of kale powder or a handful of fresh kale
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • Few sprinkles of cinnamon powder


Put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz them up – you’ll have a smoothie to go in less than 2 minutes!
