Gluten-Free Tabbouleh

Like tabbouleh, but haven’t been eating it because it makes you feel bloated?

Well feel the bloat no more – here’s an awesome gluten-free tabbouleh recipe that you’ll be addicted to!

Parsley is an antioxidant-rich herb that not only gives tabbouleh it’s unique taste but is also packed full of vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron and vitamin A.


  • 1 cup of quinoa (cooked)
  • 1.5 cups of parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh mint (finely chopped)
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper to season


  • Place all the ingredients in a large serving bowl and combine them well.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serves between 4-6 people. It is best eaten immediately, however it does keep well in the fridge for a couple of days.


This is a great dish to bring out at dinner parties or take to a picnic to share with friends. It provides a good source of protein and is highly nutritious.
